Spanish Turkey

Kaylee has a LeapFrog toy (gift from Doug & Emily last Christmas) that sings and counts in both Spanish and English. In English, her songs all begin, "Hi! I'm Lily . . . ". So, the Spanish version of the songs begins, "Hola! Soy Lily . . . ". Our family night activity this week was making handprint turkeys. Kaylee ended up with two turkeys on her paper (she wanted to trace both her hands). She named her first turkey "Hola" and her second turkey "Soy Lily". :)

How fun! We wondered if those Spanish phrases would show up in random places.

We sure hope our future school brings us in your general direction so we can witness all the cute things said.
