We got to spend a fun day in DC with Doug and Emily last Saturday. After going to the zoo and the temple visitor's center we went back to their apartment for a few hours. While Brenna napped, inventive Aunt Emily came up with activities to entertain Kaylee and Ashlyn, including a game of "Don't Eat Pete!".
The in-house artist designed a custom game board while Emily popped the game pieces.
Everyone took a turn.
And Ashlyn spent a lot of time sitting on her hands so she wouldn't give away Pete's position. :)

I bet everyone wishes they had an Uncle Doug and Aunt Emily! Looks like a lot of fun. There is certainly a lot of room to move in their apartment! I wish Dad and I could have joined in the fun.

There's a lot of room in any apartment that has nothing in it expect people! In the words of Russ, "their apartment looks just like an apartment looks just before you move into it" :)
There's always time to relocate the family reunion!
